Keith Roth Joins The Dictators

The Dictators are proud announce that our long time friend Keith Roth has agreed to join the band replacing Scott Kempner on vocals and guitar. Scott had to withdraw from the band earlier this year after being diagnosed with early stage dementia.

We are sad about Scott but excited about Keith who we believe will be a worthy replacement. Born in the Bronx, Keith has been a fan of the band since the first album and brings a wealth of experience to The Dictators. He has performed, toured and recorded with David Johansen. Earl Slick. Cherie Currie, Cheetah Crome as well as his own band, Frankenstein 3000. He has also been a DJ and producer on Sirius XM radio since 2003.

Keith will be featured on the next Dictators single and video to be released in early November 2021.

Welcome to Keith, can't wait to hear new music with this new lineup. Very excited to hear that there's an upcoming show. I doubt very much that it will be in San Francisco but I hope it doesn't take too long for you to make it out here!
